Taxi GoGo will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. For pre paid bookings there will be a £6 or 10% (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge. All cancellations must be made via email to which you will receive confirmation by us. Cancellations must be communicated directly to Taxigogo and not through third parties, including taxi drivers. Refunds due to you to for cancellations or complaints will be made to the card used to make the original payment within 5 business days (business days being Monday to Friday).
If you do not receive an email from Taxi GoGo confirming the cancellation, then we wouldn't have received your cancellation email request therefore please call us on xxxxxxx or xxxxxxxx to confirm you're cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
– No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys. Regardless of any reason.
– If the journey cancelled within last 24hours before the journey commenced, No refund will be issued.
– All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed directly with Taxi GoGo customer services.
Passengers are advise to plan to arrive at airport at least 3hours prior to departure, Taxi GoGo will not take any responsibility for any passengers missing flight if 3hours checking time is not allowed. Passengers are free to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 3hours, though Taxi GoGo will not take any responsibility for any missed flight due to this.
Taxi GoGo does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.
No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
Customer booking via telephone auto agrees to Taxi GoGo Cancellation & Refund Policy.
